Workplace Matters: A Series for People Leaders

All managers and supervisors are invited to join this series devoted to supporting people leaders in the municipal workplace. Each session focuses on actionable insights and practical tools to foster a productive and engaged workforce. These virtual meetings will take place at lunchtime every two months.

September 12 – Performance Management. Review the tools and strategies available to people leaders to manage their team’s job performance.

November 14 – Employee Engagement. Discuss short-term and long-term strategies for cultivating employee engagement to drive retention, productivity, and team function.
