• Conduct a sample town garage hazard survey and provide an overview of what Loss Control staff and OSHA look for. 
• Hear from the Agency of Natural Resources about floor drains in town garages and important factors to consider when getting them installed.
• Discuss HR tips for how to streamline your crew’s communication.
• Review common claims and how to avoid them.
• Explain how members can benefit from the many programs PACIF offers, including how to apply for a PACIF grant or scholarship.
