Getting Started with PACIF Learn

Join VLCT’s PACIF team and Connie Beavers, Manager of Client Services for NEOGOV, as they walk you through the administrative functions of the PACIF Learn system. This training will feature various topics that pertain to HR Administrators including:
- the Learners Experience module
- how to edit settings
- creating and editing departments, divisions, and positions
- creating and editing a new learner
- administrative user features like sending an activation email, reviewing administrative roles, and creating temporary passwords
- how to assign training to a user
- how to access training activity reports
- Learner's Profile features like external learning, CEUs, certificates, terminating an employee, and more.
This training is exclusively for PACIF members. If you are a PACIF member who is not already a part of the PACIF Learn system and would like to be, please email info@vlct.org. Your email will be directed a representative who can help!
This training will be repeated on Tuesday, July 11 and Tuesday, October 10 11 AM – 12 PM EST for anyone who cannot attend the first session.
