Each meeting is hosted by VLCT's Municipal Operations Specialist and enhanced by one or more guests who specialize in the month’s scheduled topic. The session will kick off with a brief overview of the topic, followed by Q&A when participants are encouraged to not only ask questions but also share their successes and lessons learned in their own work.

Jill Muhr
<p>Jill Muhr has more than 25 years of human resources (HR) experience. In addition to having handled VLCT’s internal HR functions from 1999 to 2009, Jill’s HR background includes leadership roles within higher education, public accounting, web-based HR information services, and at New York City’s oldest museum. She re-joined VLCT in 2015 to launch its member-focused HR consultation program. </p>
<p>Jill earned her BS degree in Business Administration from the University of Delaware and a post-graduate certificate from New York University. She is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional and serves on the board of the Vermont Human Resources Association. </p>
