This training is specifically for the people at Unemployment Insurance Trust member organizations who are responsible for reporting separation requests and responding to unemployment claim inquiries. Representatives from Equifax, VLCT’s partner for unemployment claim management, will present an overview of their CaseBuilder online system, provide general guidelines, and give detailed explanations of how to use it to supply essential information when responding to Equifax’s requests. Attendees will also learn how to look up unemployment claim (UC) progress and access detailed claim reporting.
