VLCT’s VERB UI Trust members are invited to meet the team members at Equifax Workforce Solutions, the trust’s third-party administrator for all UI claims administration, who work on our member unemployment claims tracking and mitigation daily. The Equifax training team will also provide an orientation and overview of the CaseBuilder system, which Equifax uses to document and track all UI Trust member unemployment claims and information.
