This webinar will introduce VLCT members to Vermont Voluntary Paid Family and Medical Leave Insurance (VT FMLI). It began being offered only to employees of the State of Vermont on July 1, 2023 and will be open to all Vermont employers with two or more employees on July 1, 2024. This insurance will be voluntary: employers can choose whether to offer these benefits to their employees.
