A representative from DISA, PACIF’s partner for drug and alcohol testing of commercial drivers license (CDL) operators, will walk Designated Employer Representatives (DERs) through important elements of complying with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations. Topics will include the basics of using DISA’s D360 portal, adding a new driver to the pool, contacting DISA support, how to schedule testing, navigating the federal Department of Transportation Clearinghouse website, completing referrals to a Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) when a positive test arises, and more.
