Cannabis Control Board Update

Vermont Cannabis Control Board (CCB) representatives will share an overview of Vermont's cannabis regulatory framework, focusing on the state's licensing and compliance procedures. Speakers will discuss the roles and responsibilities of the CCB as well as coordination with Local Control Commissions. Attendees will also receive an insightful overview of the CCB's Municipal Guidance.
CCB Municipal Guidance This guidance was updated in August 2023 in light of the many questions and comments received from municipalities before then. It includes sections on public safety, compliance, and enforcement as well as other topics that have emerged as the regulated cannabis market has grown.

She has 20 years of experience in human resources serving private, non-profit and public organizations, including 12 years in municipal government. Julie was appointed to the State Ethics Commission in 2018 and has served as its chair since 2019.</p>
