Log In 

• Previous BAP members need to log in. If you don't remember your username or password follow the instructions below. 
  • Reset Password
  • Forgot Username - If you don't know your username click the Reset Password link above, then scroll to the bottom of the page and select the Forgot Username button. Your username will be sent to the email address we have on file.
• New BAP participants will be prompted to create an account.
  • Please make sure to search for your organization when you are prompted to enter it. This will connect your profile to your organization's profile in our system if one exists. 

Additional Help

• To register your organization as a sponsor/BAP member, select “I am registering myself” after you've logged in.
• For Town Fair and Corporate sponsorship tiers
  • If the contact you would like listed in the Town Fair exhibitor guide is different, make sure to fill in the published contact fields.
  • You do not need to add your booth staff at this time. We'll send you a separate link, closer to the Town Fair event date, where you can indicate who will be attending and what meals are needed.

  • The “2026–2027 Specials” sponsorship opportunities are available either as enhancements to your existing sponsorship tier benefits or as standalone sponsorship options.
