The Colchester Department of Public Works is seeking a highly motivated self-starter, with exceptional attention-to-detail. Under the general direction of the Public Works Director, the Water Resources Manager will provide management services for the Town’s stormwater and wastewater systems, inspection of new development containing public infrastructure, overall departmental asset management related to stormwater and wastewater infrastructure, environmental compliance, grant procurement, ordinance management and public relations.
A bachelor’s degree in environmental sciences, engineering or related coursework and a minimum of four years’ experience in water quality and infrastructure planning and management is preferred. If you meet these qualifications or have a combination of training, education and experience that demonstrates the required knowledge, skills, and abilities for this position, we want to hear from you!
