INVITATION TO BID
TOWN FINANCIAL AUDIT
The Town of Isle La Motte, Vermont is seeking bid proposals for an auditing firm to perform an annual audit for the year 2027 with the option of an additional 2 years.
Firms interested in this work should read the complete Invitation to Bid, posted on the municipal website at https://islelamotte.us/
You may stop at the Town Offices during usual business hours for a printed copy of the document and for submittal of proposals. The contract is not valid unless it is accepted by the Town.
Bids are due by 4 p.m. on November 4th, 2026, and will be opened at the next scheduled
Selectboard meeting held at 6 p.m. on November 4th, 2026, at the Isle La Motte Town Office, 42 School St. Ext. Any bids received after the deadline may not be considered at the sole discretion of the Town of Isle La Motte.
The Town of Isle La Motte reserves the right to reject any, and all proposals, and may negotiate with an apparently successful bidder to modify the scope of work as indicated in the contract document.
Sealed bid proposals must be submitted in a plain envelope marked "2027 AUDIT” and include the complete required documentation. The proposal must be submitted to:
