The Town of Newfane is seeking proposals from qualified and insured contractors for the exterior painting of the front of the Town Office.
Scope of Work
Work will include surface preparation, scraping/sanding as needed, priming, painting, protection of surrounding areas, and cleanup. Contractors are encouraged to inspect the property prior to submitting a proposal.
Proposal Requirements
Proposals should include:
- Contractor/business name and contact information
- Description of proposed work
- Total cost, including labor and materials
- Estimated start and completion dates
- Proof of liability and workers' compensation insurance, as applicable
The Town reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to select the proposal that is in the best interest of the Town.
