The Town of Newfane is seeking qualified contractors to provide and install new flooring in the Town Clerk and Listers Office at the Newfane Town Office.
Scope of Work
The project will include removal and disposal of the existing flooring, preparation of the floor as needed, and the supply and installation of new flooring. The contractor will be responsible for cleaning the work area and leaving it ready for use upon completion.
Proposal Requirements
Proposals should include:
- Description and type of flooring proposed.
- Total project cost, including materials and labor.
- Estimated project completion time.
- Contractor contact information.
