Description: Burlington Parks, Recreation & Waterfront is hiring a Customer Service Associate - Leddy Arena!

This position is responsible for the coordination of facility operations via engagement of arena patrons, staff and the public as well as providing Customer Service to the for the Parks, Recreation and Waterfront Department. Exercise independent judgment in coordinating daily arena operations. In addition, this position is responsible for overseeing reception, facility financial and administrative services at Leddy Park Arena and to internal staff, plus support to the Waterfront Division This position is the CivicRec software specialist for the department.

Pay Grade 14: $28.08 - 31.28 Hourly
