The Town of Brandon, Vermont, requests proposals from qualified licensed and certified reappraisal contractors to complete a townwide reappraisal of real property. The selected contractor will be responsible for all aspects of the reappraisal including a thorough analysis of the local real estate market, review of the existing Computer Assisted Mass Appraisal (CAMA) data, and the development of computer models for estimating the fair market value of all property parcels, both taxable and untaxed, in Brandon (Rutland County), Vermont.
Proposals must be received by the Town of Brandon by 2PM on Wednesday, August 5, 2026, to be considered. Proposals will be accepted only in digital form (PDF) by email sent to manager@brandonvermont.gov and copied to community@brandonvermont.gov. Receipt will be confirmed.
