Town Administrator
Come join our friendly team of municipal officials as the Town of Lincoln’s Town Administrator. The ideal candidate will have a collaborative approach with experience developing and managing a team, strong budgetary and fiscal management skills, and general knowledge of HR, public works, and emergency response operations. Candidates must be highly organized, possess excellent communication, community engagement, organizational, and critical thinking skills, and have demonstrated leadership ability.
This position requires a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, and the ability to work well with others. Must be proficient in Office 365 and have the ability to learn additional software programs, such as NEMRC, as needed. This is a full-time position. Some evenings required.
Municipal management experience and a degree in public administration or a related field are strongly preferred, but candidates with comparable work experience are encouraged to apply.
