The Town of Starksboro is hiring a full-time Road Crew member (40 hours/week plus overtime) to help maintain and improve town roads and facilities.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform snow and ice removal
- Maintain and repair roads (grading, ditching, culverts, etc.)
- Operate trucks, heavy equipment, and tools
- Maintain vehicles and equipment
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong work ethic and ability to perform physical labor
- Ability to operate or learn highway equipment
- CDL (Class B required; must obtain Class A)
- Team-oriented with good judgment and safety awareness

Must live within a reasonable distance of Starksboro or be willing to relocate.
