Qualified bidders are invited to submit an offer to The Town of Morristown for renovations to the Morristown Town Offices - The Tegu Building located at the above address before 3:00 pm local standard time on the 15th day of May, 2026, for: roofing replacement and interior thermal improvements.
Project Description: This project consists of two related bid scopes:
1. Removal of existing roofing and insulation down to plywood substrate. Prep and install new insulation, roof membrane and other materials indicated in the Bid Documents.
2. Thermal improvements in the attic space above the main floor level consisting of air barriers, vapor retarders, board and batt mineral wool insulation and wood stud framing. C. Bidders shall complete the Bid Form. submit qualification materials, and provide other documents identified in the Bid Package.
Bid Documents for a Stipulated Sum contract may be obtained from the office of the Architect by contacting Jess Gasek, AIA at the office number above, or by email at jess@scottpartners.com and requesting them. Documents will be emailed only. A mandatory pre-bid walkthrough will be held on site Friday, May 1, 2026. Meet on-site in the Town Offices conference room at 2:00pm.
Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond of a sum no less than 5 percent of the Bid Amount.
Refer to other bidding requirements described in Document 00 2113 - Instructions to Bidders.
Submit your offer on the Bid Form provided. This form must be used, however bidders may supplement this form as appropriate.
Your offer will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 30 days after submission.
The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers.
