The Town of Randolph is seeking a part-time payroll clerk to enter and process the bi-weekly payroll. The average number active employees processed per biweekly cycle is typically 65 to 75 and will expand depending on the season. This position is estimated to range from 16 to 24 hours every other week, and infrequently a small number of hours may be required on non-payroll weeks to meet payroll related reporting or employee administrative onboarding/offboarding. This work will be performed onsite at the Town office. The successful candidate will be detailed oriented, have strong communication skills and a willingness to learn. Proficiency in standard office software and applications is expected. Payroll processing experience is preferred. This is an hourly position without benefits.
