Description: City of Burlington Public Works is hiring a Collection Systems Operator!

Under general supervision of the Collection System Maintenance Manager, performs basic to intermediate operations and maintenance of the City’s pump stations and combined, sewer and stormwater collection systems including sewer mains, manholes and catch basins and stormwater treatment systems.

Union Affiliation: American Federation of State County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME)
Operator I Pay Grade 15: $28.65 - $31.92 Hourly
Op. II Pay Grade 16: $30.48 - $33.97 Hourly
Remote Tier 1: Zero (0) days remote/month
