This is an exciting opportunity to come work in development review for a growing town.
SUMMARY
The Development Review Planner plays a pivotal role in the Planning & Zoning Department and with the Development Review Board (DRB), providing clear, helpful assistance to prospective applicants, staff, and others. They review zoning and other land use permits, coordinate the development review process, administer and enforce Shelburne’s Unified Land Use Regulations, and, depending upon skills, interest, experience, and workload, assists the Town with other initiatives. This position also serves as the Assistant Administrative Officer as appointed by the Town Manager per Shelburne’s Town Charter.
