The Town of Randolph is seeking Buildings & Grounds Maintainer. This position involves a variety of activities associated with assisting the needs of the Buildings & Grounds Supervisor, as well as the Highway and Recreation Departments. Work may involve duties on weekends and evenings. Candidates must be able to lift 100 pounds, read and interpret operations and maintenance manuals, and perform all the following physical motions: stoop, kneel, crawl, walk, stand, reach, lift, hold, and grasp. Candidates must be willing to work outdoors during all seasons. Candidates must possess a valid Vermont driver’s license. Candidates should have previous experience and maintain the ability to use a variety of tools and equipment. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in general carpentry, and use and maintenance of gasoline powered landscaping equipment.
