Non-Exempt, Full-Time, Hourly, Union
Salary Range: Grade C, FY24: $23.81 to $25.28 per hour

JOB SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for developing and implementing a broad spectrum of community programs,
activities, and special events.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Red Cross and First Aid certification required or ability to obtain certification within six months from date of hire.
Valid driver’s license required. Travel to various work sites is required.
Successful completion of a pre-employment Criminal Background check and Drug Test required.
Bachelor’s Degree in Recreation/Recreation Management, P.E, or related field preferred or three (3) years prior work experience.
Occasional night and weekend availability are required.
