Description: Burlington Electric Department is hiring a Manager of Energy Services!

The Manager of Energy Services shall be a member of the executive management team at Burlington Electric Department (BED) and provide leadership, direction, and oversight BED’s Energy Efficiency Utility (EEU), including budgeting, energy efficiency charge (EEC) rates, electric efficiency and Thermal Energy & Process Fuel (TEPF) programs, regulatory reporting, and engagement with the Department of Public Service (DPS) and Public Utility Commission (PUC). This position manages the design, delivery, and implementation of BED's energy services offerings—including energy efficiency, weatherization, and support for demand response and fossil fuel reduction programs—to BED's customers. This position coordinates internally as necessary on program and services design and implementation and coordinates externally with city government, appropriate state regulatory agencies, other utilities, and other key stakeholders.

Pay Grade N16: $120,302.00 - $166,178.69 Annually
Remote Tier 3: Up to two (2) days remote/week
