The Town of Randolph is seeking an energetic, capable, collaborative, and experienced parks and recreation professional to serve as the Recreation Director.
The position is full-time, with a salary range between $65,000 and $73,500 and a full suite of benefits (pension, health insurance, dental and vision, and more).
The director is responsible for the ongoing planning for and operation of the Town’s sports and recreation programs for all ages and abilities. The Director is also responsible for operating an outdoor pool, outdoor ice rink, and the Town’s primary outdoor recreation facility (a park). The Town has operated a summer camp in recent years as well. A willingness to work on and with a team, ask questions, communicate clearly, and be adaptable are essential.
