Compensation and Benefits

The Town of Enfield offers a competitive salary range up to $130,000, depending on qualifications and experience, along with a comprehensive municipal benefits package. Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, public administration, or a related field required
  • Master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in finance, accounting, or public administration
  • Government finance and senior management experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with GASB standards and GFOA best practices highly desirable

Work Schedule and Environment

This is a full-time, salaried executive position, generally working Monday through Friday, with flexibility required for evening meetings and occasional weekends. Work is performed primarily in a professional municipal office setting with regular interaction with elected officials, staff, and the public.
