Waterville Valley, NH, in the heart of the White Mountains, is looking for a new Town Manager. You'll work with the Assistant Town Manager to oversee the Town's $6.6m operating budget and 31 FTEs in an employment culture that values relationships, collaboration, nature, recreation, and work/life balance.
Waterville Valley is a small full-service municipality, with a water/wastewater facility, unique public safety department with joint Police/Fire/EMS roles, recreation department, planning/zoning, and more. In the coming years, the TM will work to build relationships with stakeholders such as private developers and the USFS, update the Town's capital plans and infrastructure, as well as modernize the operations/personnel functions of the Town.
