Description: The Town of Stowe Electric Department (SED), a Vermont municipal electric department, is soliciting bids for the repowering of the Smith’s Falls Hydroelectric Dam. Interested bidders must attend a pre-bid meeting on January 6, 2026, starting at 9AM, at 435 Moscow Road, Stowe, Vermont.
