Development Review Planner
$58,000- $66,000 with an Excellent Benefits Package
The Town of Colchester is seeking a detail-oriented problem solver with excellent written and verbal communication skills to join an energized and engaging team. This position implements an effective and fair review of land development applications, consults with property owners and contractors, advises on requirements, issues permits, conducts site inspections, assists in the review of development projects and participates in special projects as required.
Minimum two years of professional experience in a planning & zoning office, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent related experience and/or education. Experience in zoning administration is not required but highly valued. Must possess a valid driver’s license.
