TOWN OF WAITSFIELD – PUBLIC NOTICE
Request for Proposals (RFP): Engineering Design Services for Culvert Replacements

The Town of Waitsfield is soliciting proposals from qualified engineering firms for the design of two culvert replacements on:

1. Center Fayston Road (TH-7) and
2. Old Center Fayston Road (TH-14)

Both culverts were damaged during the July 2024 flooding and are funded for architectural and engineering (A&E) services through FEMA Public Assistance Program (PW #774).

The selected firm will be responsible for site assessments, design of replacement culverts in accordance with Hydrologic & Hydraulic (H&H) studies, and preparation of construction-ready plans and cost estimates.

Estimated A&E Budgets:

1. Center Fayston Road Culvert: $8,548
2. Old Center Fayston Road Culvert: $8,789
