Request for Proposals (RFP): Engineering Services for Meadow Road Bridge

The Town of Waitsfield is seeking proposals from qualified engineering firms for professional services related to the Meadow Road Bridge. The RFP includes:

1. Section A: FEMA-funded architectural and engineering (A&E) services to evaluate and design repairs to the bridge’s concrete decking, consistent with FEMA Project Worksheet #797837 (PW #120) under Disaster #4810DR-VT.
2. Section B: A broader scoping study to assess the bridge’s overall condition and identify additional repair strategies to extend its service life.
