Description: Burlington Community Justice Center / Community and Economic Development Office (CEDO) is hiring an Adult Restorative Services Coordinator!

This position serves on a team of those responsible for the coordination and delivery of the CJC’s adult Restorative Justice services, from pre-charge through reparative processes, and with responsible and impacted parties. The work is closely integrated with our Diversion and Pretrial Service programs. A key focus of the position is to be outcomes-driven with respect to equity, inclusion and belonging. Other measures of success include successful completions, affected and responsible party satisfaction, and restitution paid to affected parties. The primary location for this position will be either CJC Headquarters or Costello Courthouse, with the flexibility to work at other satellite offices within the county as needed.

Union Affiliation: American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees (AFSCME)
Pay Grade 16: $30.48 Hourly
Remote Tier 3: Up to two (2) days remote/week
