Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in municipal administration, preferably in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of local government operations, including budgeting, financial management, and personnel administration.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a diverse group of employees and volunteers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with residents, elected officials, and community stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make sound decisions.
  • Passion for the outdoors, community development, and small-town living.
