Description: City of Burlington Public Works is hiring a Parking Services Compliance Agent!

This position is responsible for enforcing parking-related ordinances in the City of Burlington, through a lens of safety and equity, by issuing tickets and coordinating the towing of vehicles that pose a safety risk or infringe on equitable parking opportunities. Additionally, this position acts as a customer service representative regarding parking services in the City’s on-street and off-street parking resources. This position includes providing information, assistance, and support to customers using the various parking payment platforms the City offers.

Union Affiliation: American Federation of State County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME)
Pay Grade 11: $22.42 - $24.95 Hourly
Remote Tier 1: Zero (0) days remote/week.

Please note the schedule for this position is Tuesday-Saturday 9am-5pm
