Description: City of Burlington Public Works is hiring Parking Services Compliance Agents!

This position is responsible for enforcing parking related ordinances in the City of Burlington, through the lens of safety and equity, by issuing tickets and coordinating the towing of vehicles that pose a safety risk or infringe on equitable parking opportunities. Additionally, this position acts as a customer service representative regarding parking services in the City’s on-street and off-street parking resources. This position includes providing information, assistance, and support to customers using the various parking payment platforms the City offers.

Union Affiliation: American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME)
Pay Grade 11: $22.42 - $24.95 Hourly
Remote Tier 1: Zero (0) days remote/week.

Please note that there are two openings with the following anticipated schedules:
Tuesday-Saturday, 9am – 5pm
Sunday-Thursday, 9am – 5pm
